We, Jan and Anja, are a Norwegian couple, who have taken over the property from the most lovely seller, and we will do our very best to continue the previous owners superb work and effort in making La Maggiorina the perfect stay for you when you are in the wonderful Piedmont region! We immediately fell in love with everything Agliano and the surroundings have to offer the first time we visited here (April 2018), so we quit our jobs, sold our house, caravan and cabin, to move to this beautiful area and start rent out/casa vacanze and offer our guests tips on places to visit, and help, if needed. The decision to buy La Maggiorina was very easy - we liked the building, and we loved the location among the beautiful hillsides. Also considering that the Monferrato area offers some of the best wines and dishes in the world - what more can a couple from Norway ask for? We are looking forward to hosting you. Lovely house in Italian style, located in the old village center. It consists of four newly renovated independent bright apartments with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony and/or terrace. The kitchen in each apartment is equipped for "self service/self made" cooking. If you do not want to be the chef, we can recommend pastries, bars etc. just outside our property. A few steps away you will also find small shops offering necessities and amenities, or bigger shops 3-10 kilometers away. Restaurants in the village and nearby. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Change of towels is made every 4 days and cleaning is done every 7 days, unless explicitly requested in the booking. For an extra fee we will be happy to fill up the fridge before you arrive. Please let us know at least one day before arrival, and tell us if you have specific wishes, we will do our best to accommodate you. Water and biscuits are free of charge on arrival. For an extra fee a "simple" breakfast may be brought to your door. This has to be agreed on at least one day in advance. Bicycles for rent; off road, racer or electric. A warm welcome!

The house is situated in the old town, in the heart of the Monferrato-area, an UNESCO Heritage site. Although we are located in the center of the village, we offer stunning views from the terrace or balcony belonging to the apartment, overlooking the most beautiful landscape with vineyards, hilltops and even the Alps in the background. Agliano Terme, and the surroundings, have so much to offer! If you are a foodie and/or vine lover, this place is a mecca!
