My husband and I have always had a great passion for traveling and for learning about new cultures. In Valnerina, rich in folk festivals and enchanted nature, you can live wonderful experiences. We like to suggest our guests events or places to visit based on their interests or period of stay, we can also organize excursions with environmental guides, alpine, mountain bike. At Rocchetta you can choose to relax with a good book or if you practice active sports, on foot you can reach the beautiful Marmore Falls. Property information

Ancient stone house overlooking the Valnerina valley. Ideal place to relax in the silence and tranquility of the village. Large private panoramic terrace, the house, recently renovated and equipped for a pleasant stay, even for a long time, is at your complete disposal, there are no parts in common with others to share. To access it, follow a pedestrian alley with some steps, about 150 meters from the free parking lot at the entrance of the town, along the medieval walls. The house is not suitable for disabled people or those with walking difficulties. Located in a strategic place, 6 km from the Cascata delle Marmore, 30 min from the Piediluco lake is along the Via di Francesco, starting point for fantastic hiking, biking, rafting and horse riding. Great restaurants in the area.

The house is located in a quiet and private area of the town, with a beautiful view of the Greenway valley, a fairytale landscape at night. All year round there are events, parties, festivals that enrich the offer of the territory. Nature, culture, gastronomy, sport, are certainly the dominant themes of the stay. Come and discover the green heart of Umbria!
