Abbiamo realizzato la struttura con le nostre mani, il nostro staff si occupa principalmente di Grafica & Design pubblicitario, i legni usati sono da riciclo edilizio e tavole in rovere masso, pavimento in ceramiche effetto cemento di lastre lunghe 3x1 mt, intonaco in biocalce e cucina in multistrato marino con cappa ricavata dentro un Bidone di OLIO per automezzi La struttura nasce moltissimi anni fa , risalente ai primi anni storici della città, infatti sorge dove furono edificate le prime case intorno al Castello Dentice di Frasso.

Dimora del 1900 ristrutturata nei minimi dettagli, realizzata con materiali riciclati e legni pregiati, struttura in ferro nudo per ricordare un design industrial situata nel cuore del centro storico di San Vito dei Normanni, posizione centrale del Salento, si possono raggiungere tutte le mete turistiche più importanti della Puglia, (10 km dal mare, Torre Guaceto, Ostuni, ) ( 20 km Brindisi e Aereo porto, Porto, Cisternino , ) (60 km Lecce , Capitolo, Monopoli, 100 km Gallipoli, Otranto, Bari..
