Tipica costruzione antica con volte a stella, a ridosso del centro storico, del castello episcopio e del Quartiere delle Ceramiche. E' posta al piano terra ed è di facile accesso in quanto presente una piccola rampa comodissima. I locali finemente restaurati, offrono un'esperienza romantica e di grande relax, un salto nel passato con tutti i confort dei nostri tempi.
Amo il mio territorio e ho restaurato questi locali per dare l'opportunità ai turisti di vivere appieno l'essenza e lo spirito della mia città natale.
La zona consente il parcheggio gratuito non in ZTL, facile da raggiungere a 100m dal Quartiere delle Ceramiche e dal centro storico dove sono presenti diversi luoghi d'interesse quali la Chiesa Madre, il Santuario di San Francesco De Geronimo, La chiesa del Carmine e la splendida chiesetta delle Clarisse. A 100m il castello Episcopio, nel cui interno vi è il museo delle Ceramiche Grottagliese.
