You will find 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The property offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, utensils, and all daily comforts, including iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products. Bed linen and towels are provided with weekly change. Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden with sun loungers and umbrellas, surrounded by flowers and fruit trees for pleasant moments of relaxation. The outdoor area features a wood-fired oven, barbecue, and tables for summer dinners. For families, there is a shared playground available. You have access to shared garage parking and bicycles to explore the surroundings. The house is only 500 metres from the historic centre of Sarzana and a 10-minute walk from the train station. The owners reside on site, but not in the booked house.
