The structure resides in the first building in the town where the first inhabitant of Passoscuro was born, Domenca Santarelli to whom the house is named Main square of the town. The house has been entirely and tastefully renovated with the aim of re-evaluating a piece of family history and welcoming guests as our Great-Grandmother, as a passionate innkeeper, already did at the beginning of the last century, adding a touch of modern elegance and all the comforts to make your stay unique.
Dear guests, welcome to our guest house! With my experience in managing five-star luxury properties, I am pleased to offer you an unforgettable stay in this corner of tranquility. Furthermore, as a photography enthusiast, I like to capture special moments, and I will be happy to recommend the most beautiful places in the area. The structure is located directly on the sea with access to the cycle path that connects the entire coast. Close to the nature reserve, it offers the possibility of wonderful seaside walks with unforgettable sunsets.
