Die Apartments LATTE und MIELE wurden kürzlich renoviert, sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und haben einen separaten Eingang. Sie befinden sich im historischen Zentrum von Stresa, nur wenige Schritte vom Hafen und allen notwendigen Dienstleistungen entfernt. Vom Imbarcadero bis zu den Borromäischen Inseln sind es 500 m Der Shuttlebus zum Flughafen Malpensa befindet sich 500 m entfernt in der Nähe der Pfarrkirche. In der Nähe des zoologischen Parks der Villa Pallavicino, nach Mottarone, zur Villa Ducale, Collegio Rosmini, zum Bahnhof 1 km, zur Seilbahn Stresa-Mottarone 1,2 km. Tourismusbüro 150 Meter, Tourist District of the Lakes, Kirche San Michele und Pfarrkirche. In der Nähe der schönen und vielfarbigen Promenade der großen Hotels Corso Umberto I.
