New 3-sun venue, few minutes from downtown La Spezia, composed of 3 rooms with private bathrooms. The venue is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Excellent base to visit the entire La Spezia Gulf: Cinque Terre, Lerici, San Terenzo and Portovenere. We don’t have private parking but there are many free public parking spots in the area and bus stops located just a few steps from the venue. The venue has only double room accommodations with king-size beds and private bathrooms with shower, phone and free toiletries. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, kettle, safety deposit box, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, linen and towels. The rooms are cleaned daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Check-in is scheduled after 3 PM. It’s possible to self check-in in order to have access to the room autonomously. The instructions for the automatic check-in will be given the day before the scheduled arrival. To complete the check-in you need to present an ID the morning following the arrival or, alternatively, a photo of it.

A bus stop is located just outside the venue from which you can reach in just a few minutes the major points of interest (a bus drives by every 10 minutes). The venue is located about 1.5 km from the La Spezia center. Cinque Terre are reachable through the La Spezia Centrale train station located about 3 km from the venue. They are also reachable through boats; the boat terminal is about 2.5 km away. Lerici, San Terenzo and their beaches are 7 km away. These locations are reachable both by bus and by car. The same goes for Portovenere, located 17 km away, which is reachable by boat as well. There are also numerous restaurants and bars nearby, a supermarket and a cash machine.
