Property information

The new Le Residenze del Mare accommodation facility in Monte Petrosu and its surroundings selects the best holiday solutions in the area for you, located in strategic places and with all the comforts of your own home. Large apartments all brand new and equipped with TV, washing machine, air conditioning, terrace, dishwasher and some with swimming pool. The accommodations chosen by Le Residenze del Mare are immersed in total relaxation, in the middle of the greenery and scents of the Mediterranean maquis but minutes away from all the services that the seaside resort offers, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, newsagents, souvenirs etc. Cala Girgolu beach is 1 km from the apartments, Porto Taverna, an enchanting beach for families, is only 1.5 km away and the renowned Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu are 7 minutes away by car. Living a holiday in Sardinia, in one of the most beautiful areas has never been so easy!

Neighbourhood information

Monte Petrosu, Porto San Paolo and surroundings where our properties are located are highly esteemed seaside resorts, just 13 km from Olbia and 10 km from San Teodoro. From the small port of Porto San Paolo or from Cala Finanza, by renting a little boat or taking the ferry it is possible to reach the enchanting island of Tavolara and Molara. The area is surrounded by splendid beaches, an example, the closest and only 1.5 km away: Porto Taverna, shallow water, excellent for children, white sand and crystalline sea, facing Tavolara. Another pearl of the area is Porto Istana, just 4km away, also in this case the sea leaves no room for the imagination! Also worth mentioning is the renowned and stupendous Cala Brandinchi, also called little Tahiti due to its Caribbean colours. The town of Porto San Paolo offers entertainment in the evening, with shows and open bars and many services; including bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, banks, newsagents, tobacconists and typical Sardinian souvenir shops. Not to mention San Teodoro, a pearl for its beaches and countless entertainment. Here, on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, Le Residenze del Mare has decided to look for its apartments to guarantee a splendid holiday for every type of guest.
