Delightful new location in the quietest and most sought-after neighborhood of Vicenza, close to the center within walking distance.
On an Art Nouveau villa from the 1930s, it has undergone a major renovation completed in July 2023.

I take care of every detail of the furniture with love and I always look for perfection in the details. I am also a musician and passionate about Argentine Tango and I am available for any information on events of this type in Vicenza or the surrounding area, but not only! During your stay you will have a direct line to me and I will accompany you to discover the area.
Very quiet neighborhood, the house is on a one-way street frequented only by the residents of the street.
200 meters away there are all the services: supermarket, dairy with local products, greengrocers, pharmacy, bar, pastry shops, quality delicatessens.
No parking problems:
in the property you will have 2 parking spaces + 1 in the garage.

BUS stop for the center: 200 meters on foot. 4 stops and you are in front of the Teatro Olimpico.
VILLA BERICA and also the HOSPITAL can be reached on foot, it is in an ideal position therefore also for those who are not on vacation but accompany a loved one for a care stay.
