Directly overlooking the lake, this charming, recently renovated studio apartment offers an incomparable view of one of the ancient bridges of the picturesque medieval village of Nesso. Immersed in an atmosphere of tranquillity and authenticity, the flat can only be reached on foot, via a picturesque stone staircase leading down from the main street to the shore.
Please note: the accommodation is located in a pedestrian area.
The flat is only accessible on foot via a staircase of about 400 steps. It is advisable to arrive with comfortable shoes and easy luggage. Access to the lake is only a few metres from the house. During your stay you can decide whether to sleep on the large sofa bed or on the loft bed.
The flat is organised as follows:
- ENTRANCE with kitchenette with induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher (6 place settings)
- LIVING with dining table, large sofa bed, double loft bed, wardrobe, TV, balcony overlooking the lake
- BATHROOM complete with toilet, bidet, washbasin, shower

The house is located next to a bridge and a small dock with access to the lake via steps. Bars, restaurants and a small grocery store are on the main road as is the bus stop for Como and Bellagio.
Nesso sits on the lush, steep banks of Lake Como, a beautiful, peaceful village to visit if you want a taste of an authentic Italian community, still largely untouched by tourism.
Midway across the lake between the larger and busier Como and Bellagio, it's a strategic base for day trips to other towns. Nesso has a spectacular waterfall (visible from the Civera bridge) and pristine waters, making it a favorite spot for locals to swim. There are walking and hiking routes to the mountains of Lake Como.
Nearby towns offer boat rentals and tours (including Riva boats) and water ski/water sports lessons and/or equipment rentals. A ferry stop makes for easy day trips from this central lake location to explore other parts of the lake.
On the main road there are public transport stops to Bellagio or Como, with the C30 bus line.
It is also possible to travel by boat to all the main resorts on Lake Como.
Parking can be difficult, especially in high season and at weekends.
