Property information

These lovely apartments are the part of touristic complex “Villaggio Airone” located on the seacoast of protected area “Laguna Marano”. Where you will have the unique opportunity to wake up to the birdsongs and to see numerous species of migratory waterbirds. Complex is convenient at all means for family rest, has closed private territory with own swimming pool and wide recreation area accessible to residents only. To complement this the apartments, have their own yard with several trees and cozy relax area. There is also reserved parking lot just in front of the entrance door of the apartments.

Neighbourhood information

Just in 5-15 minutes by walk there are 5 delicious restaurants, several bars, tennis courts, yacht club and grocery store. This touristic area has vast network of bike and walking paths where you could enjoy the beautiful views of laguna and countryside with farms, vineyards and meadows. Within 1,5 km the bustling and contrast touristic life pulsates in nearest resort city Lignano Sabbiadoro, which offer wide 13 km well-equipped strip of beach with hotels, restaurants, bars and discos. Apart from a beach fun, you can play golf in “Golf Club Lignano”, visit with kids: aquapark “Aquasplash”, theme park “Junior Park”, trampoline town “Gommosi” and have a shop tour in one of the nearest outlets “Noventa di Piave Designer Outlet” or “Palmanova Village”.
