This is certainly not your "typical" Airbnb but rather your own private, luxury 5 star residence. Located across from the sea, with private gated parking, inner courtyard, outdoor dining, sea views, and every modern comfort. This home truly has it all. Daily housekeeping is included in the rate. The elegant town of Santa Margherita is a few kilometres from the better known Portofino. There is the exclusive sandy beach of Paraggi nearby, and many others. Taxi and ferry boats at your doorstep.
Prime Location right across from the Sea and Port for Private boat or ferry boat pick ups. Walk along the boardwalk to Portofino. Beaches and Restaurants and Boutiques at your doorstep. Super central location, yet set in a quiet residential building. Ideal, central location. Parking is at the rear of the building. There is an elevator for easy access upon arrival with luggage.
