The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms: - Bedroom #1 on the right has two single beds (cannot be joined to form a double) and a view of the valley. It has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. - Bedroom #2 on the right has a double bed (cannot be split) and a view of the valley. It has its own ensuite bathroom with bathtub. - Bedroom #3 on the right has two single beds (can be joined to form a double) and a view of the olive trees. It has its own ensuite bathroom with bathtub. - Bedroom #4 on the left has two single beds (can be joined to form a double) and a view of the olive trees. - Bedroom #5 on the left has a double bed (cannot be split) and a private terrace. Bedrooms #4 and #5 share Bathroom #4 with shower. Second Floor: On the second and top floor is the master bedroom suite, comprising: - a walk-through study with a fireplace, - a massage room, - Suite Room #6 with a double canopy bed (non-dividable), and - a spacious private Bathroom #5 with a shower and whirlpool tub. OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: - Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity up to 600 kW per week); Wi-Fi; house, garden, and pool maintenance. - Not included in the price: Electricity over 600 kW per week (euros 0.40 per kW); heating according to consumption in the winter months (4.00/m3). - A children's camping cot is available upon request. - The swimming pool measures 7 x 14 meters and has a depth varying from 1 to 2.5 meters. It has a solarium area with a splendid view of the valley. Adjacent to the property is a furnished gazebo and a small annex (pool house) that serves as a changing room, complete with a bathroom, shower, refrigerator, and two single beds (for an afternoon nap). - Parking: 2 covered parking spaces + ample outdoor parking. - All rooms (not just the bedrooms) are air-conditioned (fan coils adjustable for hot/cold), including the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
