This small apartment with three rooms and one bathroom was just finished 2022 and is located in a climate house A NATURE. In front of the apartment there is a spacious terrace. There is plenty of parking outside but it also includes a private garage on the lower floor, which will also have an electric charging station in early 2023.
Hello. My name is Michaela and I offer here a new small apartment to spend a cozy vacation. Since I am currently on maternity leave with my little offspring, I can take great care of your concerns and help you with any questions with words and deeds.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are several shopping facilities such as supermarkets , butcher or stores. A small bakery just across the street also offers a wonderful breakfast option. The main train station (train and bus) is only 5 min walk away and the city center can also be reached on foot in 5 min. The ski mountain Kronplatz can be reached by train or bus or you can drive 8 min by car to Reischach. The Pragser Wildsee is about half an hour away as well as the two cities of Brixen and Innichen. Since Bruneck is located in the middle of the Pustertal, there are countless excursion destinations for nature lovers.
