This new and recently refurbished apartment was born for love of owners for Marche Region. Located on the first floor of an indipendent house a few meters from downtowr and sea. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen, living room and balcony. Equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, availeability of free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, washing machine and TV. The apartament is also an almost Zero Emission Building (A4+) equipped with Solar Pannel, Storage Batteires and with a charging station for Electric Car. Less than 1 km from the historic center and 1.3 km from the beach. The entrance to the apartment is managed through self check-in.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and a few meters away are a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar. There is the possibility to park along the road on which the apartment is located for free, if not available in front of the house, there are two large free parking lots nearby. The historic center of Senigallia is 900 meters away, while the beach is 1.6 km away.
