Magaggiari Reef is a beautiful house that has just been renovated and equipped with all the comforts and services necessary to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The house is located inside a property which is accessed with an automatic gate. The house consists of: entrance into the living area where there is the kitchen with dining table, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 3 single beds and the second bathroom with shower and toilet. The exterior consists of a large space that includes a relaxation area and parking. BEDS: The house can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, 2 of which in the first bedroom with double bed, 3 in the second bedroom with single beds and 2 on the sofa bed located in the living room. BATHROOMS: The house has 2 bathrooms, both with shower and toilet. WIFI: The house is equipped with free and unlimited Wi-Fi. AIR CONDITIONING: The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room. LINEN: The house is complete with bed linen and towels (2 for each guest). WASHING MACHINE: Guests will also have at their disposal a washing machine that they can use at no extra cost. KITCHEN: The house has a furnished kitchen complete with all utensils. PARKING: a large private internal parking is available to guests which is accessed with an automatic gate. SECURITY: The house has an external video surveillance system. EXTERNAL AREA: The exterior consists of a large space for the exclusive use of guests. There is also a barbecue area.

The house is located a few meters from the beautiful Magaggiari beach in Cinisi and a few minutes walk from the center of Terrasini. On foot it is possible to reach various commercial activities including supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The proximity of the sea and commercial activities means that guests can stay without necessarily having to rent a car.
