Located within walking distance of the historic center of Porto Empedocle, at 2-minute walk from the port from where the ship and hydrofoil leave for Linosa and Lampedusa. One step away from all the main services. Near the Mother Church and next to the Tower of Charles V. Free parking under the house. You can reach the Scala dei Turchi in 5 minutes by car, or directly on foot if you like long walks: the Valley of the Temples in ten minutes and the beach in 1 minute.

Located just a few steps from the historic center of Porto Empedocle, only a 2‑minute walk from the port where ferries and hydrofoils depart for Linosa and Lampedusa. Within walking distance of all main services, close to the Chiesa Madre and right next to the Torre di Carlo V. Free parking is available right under the house.
You can reach the famous Scala dei Turchi in just 5 minutes by car, or even on foot if you enjoy long walks. The Valley of the Temples is only 10 minutes away, and the beach is just 1 minute from the house.
The neighborhood where the house is located is called “Cannelle” by the locals, as it connects the town center with the seaside area. Right in front of the property you’ll find the “spiaggetta” and the “pilaja”, two beaches often mentioned in Andrea Camilleri’s novels.
