Elegant new apartment, located in the Como Borghi district, easily reachable both by car and by train (Como Nord - Borghi station). Bright living room with sofa and smart TV, modern cooling and dehumidification system. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, teapot, oven and toaster. Double room with large Velux window (you can fall asleep looking at the stars!) Studio with WI-FI. The price is intended for 2 people. During winter, national legislation sets the temperature that must not be exceeded in homes, offices, schools and all other buildings at 20 degrees Celsius, with two degrees of tolerance. For this reason, it will not be possible to exceed the maximum temperature threshold.
I live in Como with my family (husband and 2 children). I work in the historic center and live not far from the Magnolia Lake Como holiday home.
Magnolia Lake Como is in the Como Borghi district, easily reachable both by car and by train (Como Nord - Borghi station). Covered Parking is included free of charge!
