!980 beach house in the hearth Fiumicino, large and comfortable property on two floors, offers 3 large rooms & 3 full bathrooms. balcony & patio, BBQ and al fresco dining area, adult and baby area, and a small play area, gated and secure, with a garden, right on the residential side of Fiumicino only 3 km from the airport and all of the local Roman reminders, and 12 beaches along the sacred island and one close to the property parking available.
I am a former retired commissioner of cruise lines, acquainted with high-profile service in hotels & restaurants, and attention to the clients, and my guest receive the same special consideration.
we are in a residential area, 50 yards from the sea, free from industry, pollution, and crime, well served by all necessities, and close to school and public offices. and public transportation to anywhere. plus we are on the first main street and 2 blocks to the river promenade with hundreds of dinigs locations.
