The apartment is on the second floor without a lift and will welcome you in the comfortable living room from which a practical staircase leads to the mezzanine, equipped with a single pull-out bed, which becomes for two people. On the floor the apartment develops with a bathroom with shower, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and terrace overlooking the quiet internal courtyard. The house is completed by a large bedroom with double bed and single bed with attached private bathroom, equipped with shower and bathtub. Gastone apartment is located a few steps away from the lively Sant'Ambrogio area, home to a historic market and a gateway to major tourist attractions, including the majestic Duomo of Florence. For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2) Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 EUR. 4) Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 EUR. 5) Cadastral survey 80 EUR. For those interested, we offer a complimentary parking service for ONE car at a partner garage, located OFF-SITE. A shuttle service between the garage and the apartment is provided upon arrival and departure (both ways using your own vehicle). Any additional car requests must be arranged in advance and paid separately DIRECTLY TO THE GARAGE STAFF.
