In the heart of Florence's Santo Spirito district lies Margot, a charming retreat located on the second floor of a historic building (no lift), just a few steps from the city's most famous monuments and museums. The flat can accommodate up to 6 people. The ambience is cosy, spacious and bright, with wooden ceilings and floors and modern, minimalist furnishings. Inside you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms and a spacious living/dining room with a comfortable sofa bed in front of a flat-screen TV. The double bedroom boasts a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and heated towel rail. Both bedrooms overlook private balconies, offering a quiet outdoor space to enjoy the Florentine climate and atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick meal during your holiday. Facilities include a classic and microwave oven, coffee machine, moka and kettle. For those interested, we offer a complimentary parking service for ONE car at a partner garage, located OFF-SITE. A shuttle service between the garage and the apartment is provided upon arrival and departure (both ways using your own vehicle). Any additional car requests must be arranged in advance and paid separately DIRECTLY TO THE GARAGE STAFF.

The flat is located in a quiet street with little traffic (in ZTL, Limited Traffic Zone) and is very close to the bus stop of lines 11, C3 and C4 that connect the historical centre. From this location you can quickly walk to the magnificent Pitti Palace, with the neighbouring Boboli Gardens; the Specola Museum; and cross the famous Ponte Vecchio, with its splendid jewellery shops.
