Countryside Villa, in Fontanabuona and 13 km. far from the sea, at the first floor, there is "Margherita" apartment , it is only 20 minutes driving from the beautiful town of Chiavari. The apartment has a master bedroom with a king size bed, wooden floor, a large closet and an LCD TV, One bedroom with twin beds, wooden floor, closet and an LCD TV. One master bathroom with shower, bidet and wc and a second bathroom with laundry. A spacious living with a sleeping couch and a lcd tv is near the large kitchen and between the living and the kitchen there is a huge terrace where you can read a book or take a cup of tea. The property has a huge garden and a brand new covered parking

Myproperty is located in Val Fontanabuona between Chiavari and Genoa, it is ideal for families and also for nature lovers; near us you can find many activities for your free time(bike , soccer fields, cinema, restaurants, leisure clubs, public pool) and approx 15 minutes by car to "Ipercoop I Leudi" shopping center
