The house has no lift, but the three flights of stairs to reach the apartment will be immediately rewarded by the magnificent view that you will admire from top! The house has not only one balcony but two: one faced on the lake, and the second on the back, towards the mountain. So everytime you can choose whether to stay in the sun or in the shade by simply moving from a terrace to the other one. Within about 500 meters you will find all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, gas station). You can choose whether to spend your holiday always out discovering every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or to alternate it with days of complete relax, lounging on the terrace and admiring the view!
