Welcome to our house and apartment located in the historic center of Marlia, a picturesque village of Capannori in the province of Lucca. This romantic retreat, part of a standalone villa with a garden, combines the charm of history with modern comfort, offering you a unique and unforgettable experience. A special feature that sets it apart is its bike-friendliness: bicycles can be stored in a dedicated space inside the house. From the apartment, you can easily reach Lucca by bike, car, or even by bus. The bus stop is about 200 meters away. Additionally, within walking distance, you'll find a bar, bakery, bank, butcher, hairdresser, grocery store, small supermarket, and much more.
If you wish, we will be available to assist you and provide recommendations! We live next to the apartment, so we can be there whenever and if you'd like.
The location of our apartment is ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in village life. Situated right in front of the church, the apartment is just steps away from the bakery, newsstand, bank, butcher, deli, pizzerias, and bars. Additionally, the supermarket is only one kilometer away. Thanks to the bus stop just 200 meters away, reaching Lucca is very easy even without a car. The apartment is only 5 km from the center of Lucca, which can be easily reached by bike, car, or bus.
