Placucci is a comfortable one bedroom apartment on the second floor in a central position. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if necessary, a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard, a bathroom with toilet, shower box and washing machine. The living area consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette. The kitchen equipment includes an oven, fridge with freezer, equipped hob, kettle and microwave oven. Wi-Fi internet connection, bed linen and towels and final cleaning are included in the rate. On request, a covered parking nearby. Reservation required. Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden. Smoking is allowed just outside. Every guest must provide a valid ID/passport.

In a walking distance you will find the main services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The Diego Fabbri Theater and the San Domenico museum complex are in a 5-minute walk. A few meters from the entrance there is the bus stop of the bus line n. 6 that crosses the whole city centre; the train station is a 20-minute walk away.
