Attic recently renovated, quiet and private with a wonderful sea view. In the historic center, the most beautiful area of Ostia. In just a few steps you will be at the beach or on the promenade to stroll towards the port or towards the beautiful pine forest of Castelfusano. At 5 minutes from the Lido Centro station, the metropolitan train will take you in 25 minutes to Rome center and in 5 minutes to Ostia Antica. It is 9 km from Fco airport. The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building, without a lift.
I love Ostia, my city that gives me sunsets and atmospheres are always different, and this I hope to live my guests !!! I am a quiet guy, I love my family and nature. I love the sea, outdoor sports and good Italian cuisine. I am a runner and I relax by playing the guitar.
As soon as you leave the apartment, you will find yourself in the beautiful Piazza Anco Marzio, where you will find various shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. In the neighborhood there is the possibility of free parking. Just 400 meters away There is the Lido Centro station with buses to Fiumicino airport and with trains that will take you to Ostia Antica (one of the largest archaeological parks in the world) in 5 minutes and to Rome in 25 minutes .
