Apartment located on the first floor of a building without a lift. In 70 square meters it comfortably accommodates 5 people with a two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. We are located in a quiet residential area, served by various services such as bars, restaurants and shops. Bus stop 2 minutes away for easy access to the city of Venice. Outdoor parking space, NOT assigned, subject to availability. LIVING AREA: living room with sofa bed and 28" TV, kitchenette including traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob with 4 burners, Nespresso coffee machine and other services available. BEDROOM 1: double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; BEDROOM 2 with single bed; BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split A/C along the anteroom, unlimited wifi, iron and clothesline. Balcony with two chairs and wooden table. Uncovered parking space for exclusive use inside the building.
