It has a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction stove top, fridge with freezer and a table. There is a beautiful bathroom with a comfortable shower. The garden, a terrace and the laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are shared with another apartment. An enclosed space is also available to leave or recharge your bike. The apartment is in a single villa with garden and terrace and it has been stylishly set up to offer a space near the Fair where you can relax after a busy day. The apartment is accessible via an entrance code for both the gate and the front door. It is located near bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket where you can find everything you need to stay comfortably. You can rent a car (hertz agency) near the house. it's only one stop from the railstation from where you have e speedtrain to Torino, Florence, Rome. There is paid parking (2,40 eur a day) along the street of the apartment.
