DESCRIPTION Small apartment (45 square meters) with private access and a small living terrace from which you can enjoy a great view of the “malga”, bush and the wide grassland dedicated to the terraced houses. The apartment is spitted on 2 floors and is provided by several services: 2+2 beds (2 beds upstairs + 1 bed sofa on the ground floor), wi-fi (private and dedicate hotspot), TV, dishes, microwave oven, washing machine, phone hair, private terrace, private car park, big grassland reserved to the residents with a shared barbeque. An amazing place to take a rest plunged in a natural spot: you can enjoy several excursions in Summer time as well as go out for ski during Winter time. BARBEQUE AREA There is free barbeque area which all residents and tourists can leverage on. 4. PETS Max 1 pet is allowed. If the pet is a dog we do require: - to have the dog covered by a proper pet insurance - to keep the dog on a leash when outside - to collect the poop on the grass if it happens Additionally, if you bring your pet there is an extra cost of 5 Euro/day to pay cash or paypal upon check-ing out. No extra cost applied if you have an assistance dog. 5. CITY TAX As required by local law, you are required to pay 1 Euro/day per each person over 14 years old. Payment to settle cash or paypal upon check-ing out. 6. HEATING PERIOD OF ACTIVITY As required by Italian law, the heating only works from November the 1st till Aprile 30th.
