I pamper my guests and do my best to help them have a great time in Rome! I send house papers by email with info and links and meet guests on arrival to show the house and explain transports, restaurants, shopping and my favorite spots. I am always reachable on my cell phone and will be glad to help solve any problem. My guests happiness is my pleasure and my job.

Just renovated, it accomodates both old and new, like Rome itself The apartment has a spacious entrance, 2 beautiful double bedrooms with Queen size beds and flat screen tv, one with ensuite bathroom, spacious sunny elegant sitting room, rare to find, with beautiful original brick walls. The dining area has plenty of sitting place to enjoy all together and a balcony where smoking is allowed. There is a new modern fully equipped kitchen. Our guests can relax and rest in the lovely spacious sitting room, maybe after a warm shower in the spacious and comfortable showers and enjoy cooking if they wish in the new modern fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. The 2 double bedrooms of the apartment are modern and comfortable, full equipped, led illumination, all with high quality mattresses and linens, duvets in winter months, wide windows, spacious wardrobes, flat screen tv and an ensuite glass pannel shower. All the house is Wifi connected with fast navigation. Air conditioning both cold and warm in all rooms.

A perfect base for exploring Rome! Ideal for families and groups. The apartment's location is strategic! In a safe extremely well connected area with bus stops just out of the building and underground at short walking distance (150m). You will reach all main attractions in a few minutes. Locals, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants and bars at a few steps. It is near Colosseum, Trastevere and Forum. Vatican City, S.Peter's Square and Vatican Museums, Spagna Steps and Piazza del Popolo are easily reachable by underground in a few minutes. Few steps from the apartment there are: supermarkets, open markets, excellent restaurants, shops, bars, one open 24 hours with happy hour and restaurant open untill midnight, post office, pizza and ice cream parlors, all kinds of shops, hospital. At last, for shopping lovers, the zone is one of the best in Rome!
