Part of a two-family modern villa (the owners live in the other part of the house). Guests have private use of the garden and pool. The house is at the foot of the hill, in a quiet residential area close to the town centre with view of the countryside, other villas and mountains in the background. A beautiful fenced garden (1000 sq.m) extends in front of the house. On the lawn is the above-ground swimming pool, 4x8m with (1.5m depth) for their exclusive use. There is a bathing area next to the pool which is complete with beach chairs, sunbeds and outdoor shower, as well as a large gazebo with a table for outdoor dinners, portable barbecue, children’s games and ping pong table. Parking within the property. The villa is on two floors. On the raised ground floor there are 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and mosquito nets, 1 single bedroom with extra bed with air conditioning and mosquito nets, 1 bathroom with shower. In the basement (high windows) there is the living / dining room with double sofa bed, TV and well equipped kitchenette. PLEASE NOTE heating not included 1,80 per cubic meters. Electricity and AirCon 0,40 kwh. The owners live in the other half of the house.

The villa is close to the centre of Camaiore, an important town in the Versilia hinterland. The beaches of Lido di Camaiore are a 15 minute drive away (10 km). The lively town of Forte dei Marmi, with its famous clubs, shops and restaurants, as well as a golf course and horse stables, is also nearby. We suggest visiting Lucca and Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower.
