The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, featuring both an open and a covered terrace, each offering spectacular sea views. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, and the bus stop is just 100 meters from the building. For parking, you have one parking space inside the property and free street parking available. Pets and parties are not allowed, and you are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 p.m. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The property also provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. is available for an extra fee. After 11:00 p.m., check-in is not possible; however, with adequate notice, your request can be considered for an extra fee. Please book for the correct number of guests.
