The studio apartment "Riva" is situated in the heart of the old town of Portoferraio, in one of the oldest streets, at the ground floor of a small building just in a walking distance from the promenade, bars or restaurant. Studio apartment for 2 persons: this nice apartment of about 28 sqm with independent entrance at the ground floor. It consists of a unique room with a double bed, air condition, TV and little table with chairs to dine, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has not a private parking place, but nearby there is a public pay and display parking. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone in the historic center and traffic is closed from 7.00 pm to 7.00 am. Check-in is at the agency IC Immobiliare. The address is Via Carducci 39, Portoferraio. Opening hours: 10.00 - 13.00 and 16.00 - 19.00.
