The 125 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. PLEASE NOTE: You have to climb 2 steps to enter the apt and you have to climb stairs to reach both the solarium on the roof and one of the relax area. The space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka and kitchenware; - LIVING ROOM with dining area, 2 sofas, TV and fireplace; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed and dresser; - BEDROOM 2 with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and dresser; - BEDROOM 3 with bunk bed (the bed below can be used by 1 adult or 2 children); - BATHROOM 1 with toilet, bidet, bathtub; - BATHROOM 2 with toilet, bidet and shower box; - STORAGE ROOM; -SOLARIUM on the roof; - GARDEN with gazebo with sitting area, tables, bocce court, parking space and a little wild wood. Additional facilities available for guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, indipendent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, 2 fans, hairdryer. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Neighbourhood information

The strategic position of the villa allows you to easily reach by car the towns and the most famous destinations of Umbria, and at the same time you can walk through olive groves and woods to admire the beautiful views of Perugia (just a 13 minutes drive away), the capital of Umbria and the city known for its places of interest like San Lorenzo Cathedral and Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous fountains in Italy), il Palazzo dei Priori, Palazzo Notari, la Galleria Nazionale and Rocca Paolina (and its underground passageways). In the second half of October the city hosts the most famous chocolate festival, Eurochocolate, an event that attracts many tourists every year since 1994. Just outside the city you can visit La Casa del Cioccolato, the renowned Perugina factory, a place where confectionery icons are produced such as Baci Perugina and Rossana candies.
