Cozy apartment in an independent villa, recently renovated in the heart of Brianza. The apartment has an equipped kitchen - large living room with sofa bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. The villa overlooks a private garden available to guests with a comfortable furnished porch where you can have lunch and dinner in the summer season. Private internal parking for guests, in the case of multiple cars there is a free public parking at about 50m from the property (parking on the street is forbidden, please use only the special internal parking). The entrance to the accommodation is located on the garden side, through the glass door of the porch.

The property is easily and comfortably reached by car. Quiet and panoramic area, well served by public transportation such as buses and trains that will allow you to reach Lake Como and Milan. Como is only about twenty minutes from the accommodation and Milan just over 45 minutes. There is a restaurant serving typical Lombard cuisine a few steps from the villa, several bars in the surrounding area and a grocery store.
