The apartment “MONTEROSSO GARDEN HOUSE PLUS” is located in Monterosso al mare, the main town of the 5 Terre, in the FEGINA area near the beach (180 m) and the train station (300 m) In a quiet and green area, the apartment has a living room with equipped kitchen and comfortable double sofa bed, a bathroom with large shower and a large bedroom with king size and, a private terrace with sea view, free Wifi and flat screen satellite TV. It is close to the beach promenade (about 150 mt.), in a modern flat complex, and it’s very close to Monterosso’s best beaches, where you can find The Giant’s statue (about 230 mt), symbol of the town. From here you’ll be able to easily get to lovely restaurants, pubs and shops. Also, it’s a good starting point for all you hiking trips to reach 5 Terre’s best paths, where you’ll admire beautiful views, or you can get to the small port to sail towards others 5 Terre’s towns, Levanto, Portofino, Portovenere and others districts of the Ligurian shore. You can easily arrive to the railway station, the best way to travel in this part of the shore, even towards Genoa and Florence. Upon guests' request, covered parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the flat THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONTEROSSO HAS INTRODUCED A TAX OF 3,0 EUROS PER PERSON PER EACH NIGHT (MAXIMUM THREE DAYS). Children under 12 years old do not pay We will be available for the full time of your stay to help you, advise you and let you discover every possible secret of 5 Terre, in order to make your trip unforgettable. Check-in takes place from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm (other times only on request given well in advance and at a extra cost of euro 25.00 Silence after 10pm
