The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is in a separate area next to the dining room and also opens onto the terrace through a French door. Descending to the ground floor, there are two large double bedrooms, one of which also features two single beds, ensuring maximum versatility. The two bathrooms, one on each floor, are equipped with showers. The magnificent garden, accessible both via the external side stairs from the first floor and from the French door of the bedroom on the ground floor, is the ideal place to relax outdoors.
