Mi presento mi chiamo Alessia le dò il Benvenuto nella struttura Nansen Flats la mia abitazione si trova vicino l'appartamento sono pronta a soddisfare le vostre necessità.
Il quartiere Ostiense prende il suo nome dalla via Ostiense, una delle più antiche della città, che permetteva il collegamento tra la città e il mare, facendo si che il quartiere fosse uno snodo fondamentale per gli scambi commerciali ad oggi un continuo sviluppo urbano e architettonico considerato uno tra i 10 quartieri più cool d'Europa. Il quartiere Ostiense è inoltre un luogo molto importante per la street art capitolina, un vero museo a cielo aperto. I luoghi più vicini raggiungibili a piedi dalla nostra abitazione è la basilica di San Paolo ed a 15 min a piedi Circo Massimo ed il Colosseo.
