Delightful apartment located on the fourth and top floor of a newly built condominium with elevator. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, drying rack, Full HD TV, kitchen with all the necessary, comfortable double sofa bed with mattress in memory of 18 cm. From the large terrace where you can eat comfortably, admire the view of Mount Conero and Porto Recanati. In the immediate vicinity supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies. Located in a quiet area of Porto Recanati, close to both the center and 800 meters, which from the beach to 500 meters can also be reached on foot. The beaches free or equipped, are gravel, in the immediate vicinity also a beach for dogs. Excellent starting point for excursions in the natural park of Monte Conero with its paths in the woods or for a day at the beach of the two sisters. Recanati is 10 km away, Loreto 5 km away, The beautiful Frasassi caves, 1 hour by car. Included in the price rent bike
