Completely renovated apartment, a few steps from the famous market of Luino, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, bike rental shops, a supermarket open from 07:30 to 00:00, bike path, lakeside promenade with playground surrounded by greenery, free beach, all within walking distance in few minutes. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the essential amenities for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Enjoy reliable 100Mbps Wi-Fi, AIR CONDITIONING, a smart TV with Netflix account included , and a washing machine during your stay. The kitchen includes handy appliances such as a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, a microwave, and a toaster. In the newly renovated bathroom, you'll find complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hairdryer. The bedroom features a double bed that can be converted into two single beds, and there's also the option to add a third single bed. A crib is available for families with young children. Convenient public parking is nearby, and a private parking space behind the building can be arranged if needed. Our guests truly value the convenience of free parking and the close proximity to various amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the beach, and the vibrant open-air market in Luino, which takes place on Wednesdays—all just a few minutes' walk away. You can explore the beautiful lake and the enchanting Borromean Islands, hike through the stunning surrounding mountains, rent an e-bike, or try your hand at stand-up paddleboarding and surfing. There are countless outdoor activities waiting for you to discover!
