Our 48 sqm apartment (or 516 sqft) + 25mq garden is located just 5 minutes walking distance away from the path to San Michele beach and 5 mins from the main Square in Sirolo. You will have your own assigned parking lot in front of the apartment, in a private residential area. You will not need to use the car to go to Sirolo’s beaches, unless you want to explore other beaches in the Riviera del Conero. The apartment is brand NEW, and it’s going on rent for the very first summer. We’d appreciate it if you'll take good care of it, as you’ll love it as we love it. The apartment is brand new and comprises of a living room with dining table, tv and sofa. From here you have open doors to the terrace & garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washing machine and air conditioning in the house. The bedroom has a double bed, good size wardrobe and a desk (in case you ‘want’ do some work while in Sirolo :)). Both windows come with a built-in mosquito net. On the terrace, you’ll find a nice big table, BBQ tools, and chairs to enjoy your summer evenings. Although we love animals, we don’t allow them in this apartment, as it’s brand new.
