Once you arrive under the building, after parking along the street or in the nearby square where there are several free parking spaces, you just need to take the keys and enter the building. To reach your apartment you are blocked by 5 floors of STAIRS unfortunately WITHOUT a lift. A solution for doing daily physical activity! Once you cross the threshold, a quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home. The sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable Queen Size bed, wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers are available. An additional comfortable single bed can accommodate a third guest. The FullHD Smart TV from which you can access your favorite streaming services such as Netflix. Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed. Your apartment is located in Via Piave alta, Parasio district. The latter runs along the Teiro river, the main waterway that divides the city of Varazze in two. It is a very quiet and secluded neighborhood, considered peripheral but still a 12-minute walk from the beaches and about 10 minutes from the historic center. Convenient for services, since crossing the pedestrian bridge, we find the shopping center where you can shop. Varazze and the surrounding area offer a myriad of opportunities that can satisfy all tastes. From the sea to the mountains, enthusiasts can choose between excursions in search of cetaceans and surf rides or tackle the trails and walks in the nearby Beigua Natural Park, perhaps having lunch in one of the many restaurants or farmhouses in the area. The apartment, although it is in a quiet area, is still on the outskirts. It is not uncommon to hear domestic animals. Furthermore, above the entire neighborhood, although at many meters above ground and several meters before your building, there is a highway bridge, which could make the passage of cars audible, although in a muffled way.
