Located in Lecce, 300 meters from "Porta San Biagio", one of the main city gates, and a 10-minute walk from the station, Nice House San Biagio is equipped with heating (radiators / heat pump), air conditioning and ultra-free WiFi rapid. This is a historic apartment (completely renovated in May 2022), built towards the end of the 19th century and therefore has many characteristic aspects such as vaulted ceilings and grit floors, steep stairs and high steps. As for the bedrooms, it is a single room with a mezzanine, above the mezzanine there is a double bed and a single bed and wardrobe underneath. In the living room entrance instead there is a double sofa bed.
