The accommodation is part of an agritourism complex with a scattered hotel. The property, measuring 90 m², consists of a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for one person, equipped with a dishwasher and wood-burning fireplace, two bedrooms with an extra bed, and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a balcony with a view of the historic part of the village, the Apuan Alps, the fortress, and the historic church. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people (the two bedrooms both have a double bed and a sofa bed for one person).
