Born in Sardinia, I am the founder of Nuragic Shamanic Healing.
I focus on personal well-being through a holistic approach.
In 2021, I published my first Oracle Card Deck, inspired by ancient ancestral Sardinian symbolism.
In 2024 created the Nuragic Temple, a house that keep the ancient simbology of Sardinia in Esterzili, a Blue Zone area in Sardinia.
Esterzili is a small village of about 650 inhabitants, nestled at an altitude of 700 meters on the slopes of Mount Santa Vittoria, whose peak rises above 1,200 meters. From the top, after a rewarding climb, you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama stretching over Sarrabus, Gerrei, and Sarcidano, reaching as far as Campidano and the Ogliastra sea.
The historic center retains its charm, with houses adorned with murals. The village and its countryside are dotted with religious buildings, including the Church of San Michele (15th century), dedicated to the patron saint. Built in Gothic-Aragonese style, it stands in the northern outskirts, featuring an elegant facade with an intricately carved door and a bell gable beside it.
Esterzili has been inhabited since prehistoric times, boasting 77 archaeological sites, including Domus de Janas, Nuraghi, temples, Giants' Tombs, and bronze figurines. The most significant site is the Nuragic temple of Sa Domu de Urxia, perched at 1,000 meters above sea level. It is the most important megaron-type temple on the island, dating back to the second half of the 2nd millennium BCE. The structure consists of two chambers preceded by a vestibule, enclosed within a sacred precinct. Excavations have revealed several bronze statuettes. Other notable sites include the Nuragic Water Sanctuary of Monte Nuxi and the Megalithic Enclosure of Santa Vittoria.
