Strategically located, away from the bustle Oleandro Holiday Apartments (ex Residence Puccini) is a small complex that counts 7 spacious apartments close to Lake Garda that, after the renovation ended in July 2023 , ensures a high level of comfort. The complex provides parking spots, garage, an outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and a barbeque area. The apartments are strategically located 500 metres away from the shore and the Cisano old town. Lazise and Bardolino are easily reachable by a pleasant cycle-pedestrian path that hugs the coast. A quiet place away from the daily hustle yet nearby to all services, restaurants, bars and shops. The stunning views of the emerald hills and the crystal-clear water in the distance provide the right holiday feeling to leave everyday life behind. Surrounded by gardens full of trees, you will be able to enjoy meals outside thanks to the barbeque area. The large swimming pool, the sunbathing area and the park are the places where you will enjoy yourself the most making amazing memories. One parking space per flat, pets are not allowed.

Neighbourhood information

Oleandro Holiday Apartments is situated in a strategically advantageous position close to the lake. You can reach the most important destinations in just a few minutes, without having to face traffic. Cisano’s lakeside, a wide lawn for sunbathing (for free) with benches and tables, a bar, toilets and showers and pedalo rental can be reached within a two-minute walk. The lake is easily accessible via a stone staircase and the shallow water is perfect for children. The centre of Cisano is right behind it whereas Bardolino is reachable in 15 minutes via the lakeside path.
