The main entrance leads directly into a large lounge which retains the architectural features of its origin. Hosting a large dining area, Piano Forte, gallery entertainment lounge and wonderful views.
The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront villa is designed for those who enjoy a private and secluded atmosphere amidst a warm aroma of botanical greenery. Truly special and unique property. The Alfresco dining area rests over the lake dressed in cascading wisteria and complete with large outdoor kitchen facilities including professional BBQ. The property is arranged over two floors, one dedicated for the bedroom areas and one for the living space.
The location is a hotspot in Lake Maggiore sitting conveniently just off a one way road suitable for exploring the lake via boat, car or helicopter.

The villa offers plenty of parking space for 3 cars. The entrance gates are electric and situated in a one way road. A few steps from the famous Botanical gardens of Villa Tarranto.

The villa is located in the beautiful area of the Castagnola Promontory in the Piemonte region in Lago Maggiore, just north of the Borromeo Islands. The villa has the most alluring dreamy views encompassing the entire lake from north to south.
Pallanza is located in the Piemonte region, Stresa town (14 km) is a 20 minute drive away where you can find many fine shops, delicious restaurants and stunning lakeside prominades.
## Getting around
Intra town (4 km) is a short drive away and offers the hop on car-ferry to reach Laveno Mombello in the Lombardy region.
