Apartment located in the charming historic center of Orosei, characterized by a splendid sea view which can be enjoyed during breakfast. The apartment is ideal for its proximity to the center and the sea is just 5 minutes away; it is ideal for those who do not want to use the car and walk through the historic streets of the town, a historic center rich in history and culture and immersed in silence. When you arrive at the house, you feel immersed in another world and after the stairs there is a relaxation area with colorful cushions where you can read a book and watch the history of Orosei. First floor apartment with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, large kitchen with sea view. Externally there is a small balcony, some stone benches with beautiful colored cushions and at the entrance on the ground floor there are a table and chairs under shady trees
