INFO HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
By regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April to mid-September and heating from the end of September to mid-April.
The temperature allowed inside the homes is 24°-26° for air conditioning and 20°-22° for heating, which can be regulated remotely by our staff. For air conditioning, devices are installed which will be activated by inserting the appropriate key that you will find in the apartment and will automatically turn off when you leave the house taking the keys with you.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of € 50 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
